"Bad Packaging, Didn’t Feel Right"
I’m giving this 1 star because the packaging just felt careless. The box showed up crushed and barely taped shut, and the light was rattling around inside with almost no protection, just a thin piece of paper. Luckily it still worked, but my gut reaction was that this was packed in a rush and could’ve easily arrived broken. For something fragile, that’s really not okay

"Pretty bright, but I’m not totally sure about them"
The lights are definitely bright enough, and overall they seem to work okay. I might just be being picky, but one of them flickers every now and then, which makes me a little unsure about the quality. They’re not bad by any means, I guess I just expected them to be a bit better

Their technical advice helped me choose the right LED driver, which I really appreciated. The reply was clear and easy to understand without being overly complicated. I do wish the response had come a little faster, but overall it was a good experience..

"Stock info should’ve been accurate"
I placed the order because the website said the item was in stock, but then I was told afterwards that it wasn’t actually available. I needed it quickly, so I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known that from the start.
I ended up waiting around for updates, which was frustrating and felt like a waste of time. This seems like a preventable issue if the stock info was kept up to date properly.

I had to send one item back, and they handled it the right way. They replied quickly, didn’t make it difficult, and the refund came through without any fuss. It’s nice dealing with a company that treats customers fairly

I ordered from heathfieldled.co.uk and, to be fair, the product itself was fine. I don’t really have any complaints there, so maybe I’m being a bit picky.
The only thing was the customer service felt a bit slow. They did reply to my question eventually, but it took longer than I thought it would and I had to chase once. They were helpful in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just maybe not as quick as I’d hoped.

"Warranty support was okay, I guess"
The warranty support was alright overall... not terrible, but it definitely could’ve been better! I got the help I needed eventually, just wish the process had been a bit smoother.

"Pretty easy online order"
I ordered some LED lights from heathfieldled.co.uk it was all painless. I went on thinking, right, let’s see how long this takes, but the website was easy to use and I found what I needed quicker than expected. Checkout was straightforward too, which is always a relief. Got the order confirmation almost straight away, so I wasn’t left wondering if it had gone through or not. No hassle really, and I’d use them again...

"Solid lights overall, but one had a small flaw"
I ordered a couple of LED panels and overall I’m happy with them. They feel well made, the light is bright and even, and I haven’t noticed any flickering so far. One of the fittings did have a tiny mark on the edge, which was a bit annoying, but it’s not really noticeable now that it’s installed. For the price, I’d say they’re good quality and I’d probably buy them again.

"It was okay, but I didn’t find much"
I had a quick look around and the place seemed fine overall. Nothing was really wrong with it, and I’m sure it’d be alright if you just need something basic, but after browsing for a bit I realised there wasn’t a whole lot to choose from. The range felt limited, so I left without much.
